At SKINLUV, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions.

Return Period
We only offer refunds for faulty or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order. To start the process, please email us at skinluv@allure-group.co and we will arrange for the return shipment.

Eligibility for Return

1. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Proof of purchase or order number is required.

3. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for refund.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales.

2. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
